Inspection: Please inspect all goods upon delivery. In the case of damage, return the damaged goods to the driver and retain the good items.
Large Orders: For large orders, please ensure someone is available to assist with unloading. Delivery drivers are not insured to move goods into properties.
Returns

Return Costs: Returning items is at your expense, unless the item is faulty or damaged.
